In December 2013 First Great Western launched a brand new team of Customer Ambassadors across its business focusing on delivering the best possible customer service. Members of the Bristol Temple Meads Customer Ambassador Team will provide an exciting and interesting overview of their experiences in improving customer engagement and inspirational customer service for customers using the station as well as how their role has grown and developed since introduction.

Members of the South West & Wales Area Council will also be on hand and will be happy to tell you more about the Institution, including events, membership and Learning & Development Opportunities.
