Are you interested in finding out more about the Institution of Railway Operators and the educations programme opportunities offered by them?
GWR Train Driver and South West & Wales Area Council member Kerry Cassidy will give a talk on the IRO, mentoring opportunities, courses offered and how to get involved.
As a graduate of the IRO degree the session will include detailed information on what to expect if you are interested in enrolling on one of their higher education courses. Applications are being accepted now for Certificate, Diploma and BSc programmes in Railway Operational Management run through Glasgow Caledonian University as work based distance learning courses starting in October 2016.
The talk is open to anyone interested in finding out more.
Members of the South West & Wales Area Council will also be on hand and will be happy to tell you more about the Institution, including events, membership and Learning & Development Opportunities.
